The best part about planning your next event through 4GR8 Catering is the complete and total access you’ll have to our award-winning West Michigan restaurants. All of them offer their own unique ambience, style, and cuisine. Yet, they all share one important quality: a comfortable and relaxing dining experience that is second to none.

ORDER PLACEMENT
Whether it’s to place an order or just ask a few questions about menu options, portion sizes or quantities, please don’t hesitate to call the restaurant where you will be placing your order. A 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated when placing your catering order. We recommend that customers seeking delivery place their order at least 48 hours in advance in order to secure their desired delivery time. If you have any changes to your order or have a cancellation we would appreciate a 24 hour notice.

DELIVERY & SET-UP
We are happy to deliver & set-up all orders that total $50 or more per restaurant & are within a 10 mile radius of the restaurant’s location. All orders under $250 will incur a $10 delivery & set-up fee. If your destination falls outside of our delivery area, an additional surcharge may be applied. Please allow a 30 minute delivery window.

GRATUITY
Adding a 10%-15% gratuity for our drivers is always appreciated, but not required. For your convenience, our staff can calculate a “suggested” gratuity upon request.

PAYMENT
Full payment for your order is due upon pick-up or delivery. If you’d like to pay with credit card, your payment will be processed prior to delivery or pick-up. All 4GR8Foods Brands, Inc dining or gift certificates may be applied as means of payment for your catering order. Unfortunately, we do not accept any personal or corporate checks.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Please let our staff know about any dietary restrictions that your group may have. We do not list in detail all of the ingredients that our catering items have. We will try to accommodate any food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions when and where possible.

4GR8 CATERING REWARDS PROGRAM
The 4GR8 Catering Rewards Program is designed to reward our loyal patrons. Keep track and collect all of your receipts for any catering purchases made at participating 4GR8 Food locations. Once they total $500, you can redeem them for $50 in gift certificates – good towards any future catering purchases or when dining in any of our restaurants.
